St. George Accounting (“we”, “us”) operates this website to describe our accounting services and to receive inquiries. We are based in St. George, Utah.
What we collect. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you send—typically your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. The site may also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through our host or analytics provider.
What we do not collect here. This website does not have a client login, payment portal, or file-upload system. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or tax returns through this public site.
How we use it. We use inquiry information to respond to you and, if we work together, to start the engagement. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who else might see it. Our website host and any email or form provider we use may process data as our service providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it. Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete a message that did not turn into a client relationship.
Your choices. Email info@stgeorgeaccounting.com to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Utah residents may have additional rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act; we will handle those requests in good faith.
California notice. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA. If you are a California resident and have a request, use the same email address.
This page describes the public website only. Client work is covered by our engagement terms once you become a client.
